Hi Beth, your body clock is known as your circadian rhythm, and yes it is true that as an adolescent you are much more likely to go to bed later and want to wake up later (although you often can’t). That is why is can be so difficult to wake up feeling refreshed. You can though start to adjust your body clock to go to bed sooner each night, just by 15 minutes.
