Liv Gaskill answered on 18 Nov 2023:

I wanted to be a forensic psychologist and interview criminals on why they committed crimes or what made them tick, but at uni our forensic psychology module focused more on eyewitness testimony and jury decision making, rather than actual criminal behaviour. This made me think that forensic psychology wasn’t what I originally thought it was. Looking back I realise it was just because they were trying to fit it into one module, and if you do a Master’s degree in forensic psychology (after your undergraduate psychology degree) then you learn a lot more about the sort of stuff I wanted to do.
