To some extent all films are psychological. But if I had to pick one that is about a specific psychological condition, it would be Memento.
But my favourite films include: Blade Runner, The Shawshank Redemption, and Pan’s Labyrinth, which are all psychological in their way.

I love Memento, it deals with memory loss-anterograde amnesia where you can’t form new memories. I also love the Matrix as an exploration of consciousness

Well, there are a number of films that deal with issues in psychology/psychiatry. All of the below are great films as well, tho’!
One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest: electroshock, societal ideas of ‘madness’
Paris, Texas: fugue states, psychological trauma
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind: neuro-editing of memories to create a new reality, the ethics of these treatments.
Awakenings: loose adaptation of oliver sack’s work in ‘awakening’ sleeping sickness patients using similar medications that are used to treat parkinson’s disease.
Vanilla sky: yes, it has tom cruise (!), but moving beyond that – an interesting exploration of the ethics of virtual, cryogenic life.
But overall? Like the other answers, I’ve chose a Chris Nolan film: ‘Inception’. It’s a guilty pleasure with just enough science to justify it’s inclusions – and it makes people think. We ran a public showing of the film at Cardiff when it was released, and had a panel of sleep scientists, philosophers etc along to comment – there was a LOT of really heated discussion!

I love Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Awakenings (because it’s based on a book by one of my favourite author Oliver Sacks!), and Inside out! This animation film is amazing to understand emotion processing and some mental health issues.
