Hi keira, great question. There are lots of ways to do this, but you can focus more on getting good quality sleep through ensure you aren’t waking up and sleep through. You also need to ensure you have the opportunity to sleep more if that is what you need.
Routine! make sure your sleep routine is the same each night. Your body will then associate this routine with sleep 🙂
Exercise is also good for improving sleep.
